At Covenant Lawn Care, we’ve made our pricing structure transparent and predictable.
Our Summer lawn care packages for the growing season (April 1st – November 1st) are billed monthly for up to seven months. We offer Two service levels to fit your needs and budget — each with a fixed monthly rate.
Mowing

Aerate & Overseed

Typically $600-1000
✓ Mechanical plug aeration to a depth of 3″
✓ Application of certified weed free seed at a rate of 5-8lbs of seed per 1000 sq ft
✓ Application of soil conditioner to increase soil health and promote strong seedling root growth
✓ Application of starter fertilizer to promote quick healthy root development
Things to Note:
Pricing is based on a “per visit rate” for mowing and trimming, and one monthly application of fertilizer or weed control herbicide. If we are unable to mow your lawn due to weather or other extenuating circumstance, you will not be charged for that week, and your monthly invoice will reflect the charges only for the weeks that we were able to service your lawn that month.
The Typical Minnesota growing season is between April 15th-October 15th. Subject to change depending on weather for any given season.
We strive to provide a structured, reliable weekly schedule that you can depend on. We reserve the right to adjust service dates based on weather and current lawn conditions.
All package pricing is based on 10,000 square foot turf area or less, (think suburban residential lawn size), If you have a large lawn (some corner residential lots or if your house sits on more than 1/3 acre), Contact us for custom pricing.
